Being a cement-based liquid screed, it dries significantly faster than traditional anhydrite screeds, allowing foot traffic within 24 to 48 hours and quicker floor covering installation.  

Unlike gypsum screeds, Cemfloor does not produce a heavy surface laitance layer as it cures, reducing site prep work before laying tiles or hardwood. 

Highly suitable for wet rooms, bathrooms, and ground-level floors due to its excellent resistance to moisture compared to gypsum alternatives.  

Wraps tightly around underfloor heating pipes without air pockets, offering superior heat transfer and lower energy bills. 

Minimal expansion/contraction allows for massive continuous floor areas (up to 1,000 m²) to be poured without control joints. 

Formulated using 100% recycled binder materials, making it an environmentally sustainable, low-carbon choice. 

Ideal for low-profile applications, retrofitted thin-mat underfloor heating, and smoothing floors from as thin as 2mm up to 30mm. 

Express-setting polymer formulations allow light foot traffic in as little as 1 to 2 hours and tile installation after just 24 hours. 

Excellent tensile strength and flexibility make it ideal for renovating existing timber or uneven substrates without cracking.
